Welcome to KICKERS.CA, online shoe store.

 

Our sales are reserved for private customers.

Before ordering on the Site, the customer is invited to read carefully the present general conditions of sale, which apply to all orders placed on the Site.

The Site is operated by the company CHOC-AN INC.

 

1. CREATION OF THE USER ACCOUNT

 

The Customer must first create a user account on the "Login / New Customers / Register" page.

The user account allows the Customer to be identified and to avoid having to fill in his personal details each time he connects. This user account allows the Seller to have the necessary information to process orders.

 


The user account allows the Customer to :

  • Consult and modify his information
  • Consult and modify his delivery addresses
  • Modify his password
  • Subscribe to the newsletter
  • Track his orders and returns online.

 

The Customer must also communicate his contact information, an e-mail address, a telephone number and choose a password that will protect access to his user account.

The Customer shall not under any circumstances communicate his password to a third party. Otherwise, the Seller shall not be held liable in case of fraudulent use of this password and the Customer's user account.

If the Customer forgets his password, he may ask the Seller to send him a new one to the e-mail address indicated when creating his user account.

Only one user account is assigned per e-mail address.

By creating an account, the customer accepts the general terms and conditions and confirms having read the disclaimer.

 

 

2. THE ORDER

 


Five steps must be respected to place an order on the Site, before this order is validated.

  •        Step 1: Validation of the Basket

After having chosen his products, the Customer is invited to check the contents of his basket, which summarizes the references, sizes, colors and quantities of products. Then by clicking on : "Proceed to checkout".

  •        Step 2: Choice of delivery details

The Customer is invited to fill in his delivery address, or to choose between the different addresses indicated in his user account.

  •        Step 3 : Choice of Shipping Method

The Customer is invited to choose between the different delivery methods, whose associated costs are indicated at this stage:

 for an "Expedited" delivery (Free for orders of 60$ and more, in Canada)
 for an "Express" delivery 
 for a "Pick-up in store" (Free)

 

  •         Step 4 : Payment methods

The Customer is invited to select the method of payment he wishes to use for his order

Orders are payable by credit card (Visa, Mastercard) and by Paypal.

The Seller uses the secure payment services STRIPE and PAYPAL which integrate the SSL security standard. Confidential data (card number, expiration date) are transmitted encrypted directly to the STRIPE and PAYPAL servers, which are themselves directly connected to the servers of the banks concerned, and are at no time collected or kept by the Seller.

 

  •          Step 5: Validation of the General Conditions of Sale

By clicking on Buy, the customer acknowledges the obligation to pay for his order and accepts the general conditions.

  •        Order Information

This is the page where the Customer's order is acknowledged. The Customer will find the summary of the order as well as the order number, the amount invoiced, and the delivery method.

This acknowledgement of receipt validates the transaction, subject to the subsequent verification of the conformity of the order to the present general conditions of sale, and the receipt of payment. The order will be shipped only after the Seller has registered the payment by Visa, Mastercard or, after receiving the Paypal payment.


A confirmation by "Email" will be sent to the Customer's email address.

 

3. EXECUTION OF THE ORDER

 

3.1 - Unavailability of products

In the event that a product becomes unavailable after the order has been placed and the corresponding amount has been paid, the Vendor shall inform the Customer by e-mail and shall proceed with the reimbursement of the amount within 2 to 5 "working" days.

3.2 - Cancellation of the order or refusal of the order by the Seller

The Seller reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order from a Customer with whom there is a dispute or incident of payment relating to a previous order or because of the abnormal nature of the order.

 

 

4. DELIVERY

 


4.1 - The products will be sent to the delivery address indicated by the Customer when ordering.

4.2 - The Vendor endeavors to prepare and ship within "working" days (weekends not included and excluding holidays), depending on special conditions and subject to payment validation. 

4.3 - Once the package is in the hands of Canada Post, an automatic email will be sent to you by our company, including some information about your order followed, shortly after, by an email from Canada Post with your tracking number and an approximate date of arrival of your package.

4.4 - Upon delivery, in case of absence, a notice of passage will be left at your home. You will have to follow the instructions of this notice to recover your parcel. After the indicated time, the package will be returned to the sender. In such a case, you will be charged the shipping costs. In addition, you will be charged for the shipping costs to return the package to you.

4.5 - In case of a lost or undelivered package, the investigation by Canada Post will start after contacting us and it can take up to 24 "WORKING" days after the beginning of the investigation. Canada Post will notify us of their decision to refund or not after the investigation. If they decide to refund, it will cover the total amount of your purchase.

The Seller cannot be held responsible for the non-performance of delivery in case of force majeure, disruption or total or partial strike, including postal services or other events beyond our control.

Similarly, in case of error in the contact information provided by the Customer, we are not responsible for the impossibility in which it would be to deliver the goods.

 

5. RECEPTION OF THE ORDER

 


It is the Customer's responsibility to check the contents of the package at the time of delivery and, in case of defective or missing goods, to inform our customer service as soon as possible.
In both cases, it is essential that the Customer keep the products in the packaging and in the condition in which they were delivered.

Before any delivery, all order items are inspected and checked before being packed.

 

6. RETURNS AND CANCELLATION

 

6.1 - The Customer has a period of 15 days from receipt of the products to exercise his right to return the goods. In the case of an order containing several products delivered separately, the period runs from the receipt of the last product.

6.2 - If you are not satisfied with the items ordered, you must, within 15 days of receipt of your order, send us your request by e-mail and specify

 

  • The order number (ORD...;INV...);
  • Whether it is a postal return or a store return;
  • Name, mailing address and email address;
  • The list of items requested for refund;
  • The reason for your request.

 


6.3 - The return must have been previously authorized by us (Please wait for our instructions before returning a package or going to the store).

6.4 - Following the acceptance of the request for refund, the package must be delivered to us within 21 working days.

6.5 - Items that show obvious signs of use may be partially refunded.

6.6 - We reserve the right to accept or refuse returned items for the reasons specified in our refund policy.

6.7 - The customer is responsible for return shipping costs and are not refundable.

Products that comply with the return conditions mentioned in this article, will be refunded to the Customer within 6 days of receipt of the return goods.

We will make the refund using the same payment method used by the Customer when placing the order.

The returned product(s) must be new, unused and in their original box perfectly intact. In case of depreciation of the product resulting from manipulations other than those necessary to establish the nature, the characteristics and the good functioning of the product, the responsibility of the Customer can be engaged.

 

7. COLORS

 

7.1 - We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors of our products that appear on the Site. However, because the colors you see depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's color display will be accurate.

 

8. DISCOUNTS

 


8.1 - We do not give discounts on merchandise on sale on our site or in our store.
